Just a note to let you know that your customer service department is awesome, I have had a few problems and questions and they have been handled very quickly and efficiently, most of the time directly through Brent Hilts, he will even call you back on a Holiday!!!! It's nice to know that if anyone in your organization has a question or problem you can send them to customer service and they will take care of it. Thanks Brent for all of your time and help. Also I would like to add that I have used the live chat on our website and that also was very helpful.

My experience with Javalution Coffee Company is excellent! My communication primarily has been with Brent Hilts, the Customer Service Manager. We affiliates have been given his direct line and can call him up until 10 PM Eastern. That is very special. Brent has been able to solve every problem I have brought to him and if need be, he consults with the president, Scott Pumper, or the CEO, Dave Briske, and has them personally contact me. Erica Naylor, the special assistant to the president, is an upbeat and helpful individual as well. After hours and on weekends, we have in our back office the “24 Hour Live Chat” assistants. How great is that?! I am very impressed with the level of attention to detail and timeliness in addressing each need. I know the company is seeking to provide the best service possible.
